Nova OH. Chartered Feb 6 1886. Named in honor of local veteran Private C.P. Ogden of Co K 102nd Ohio Volunteer Infantry who was captured Sept 24 1864 at Athens AL and later lost returning home in the explosion of the steamer Sultana.
