Mt Blanchard OH. Chartered Oct 13 1883. Named in honor of Colonel Dwella M. Stoughton, Captain Co 21st OVI. Promoted to Major, Stoughton was wounded at the battle of Chickamauga GA. He was bought home to Findlay to recover but his condition worsened and he died there.
