Residence: West Alexander, PA. Enlisted as a Private at age 22 on 5/8/61. On 5/8/61 he mustered into "B" Co. OH 15th Infantry. Mustered Out on 8/30/61 at Columbus, OH. Following the war, Bell lived in Carnegie, PA and was a member of the Thomas Espy GAR Post.
