The following information will guide you through adding Sultana Records to the Sultana category.

1) Soldier's should not be added directly to the Sultana category.
2) First visit the soldier's main regimental category located under 'Ohio Infantry', 'Ohio Cavalry', 'Ohio Artillery' or 'Ohio Misc. Units'.
3) Add the soldier to in the "Roster & Grave Sites" category located in the correct regiment. Note: Make sure to add him to his correct company (The company he was mustered in to when he first enlisted).
4) Once the soldier is added in his correct regiment and company click on his category (name) so you are in it.
5) Once in his category click "Add An Item"
6) A form will appear.
7) Add a title so it reflects both the listing type and his name. (Sultana Record: John Doe)
8) Prior to submitting utilize the "Manage Category" feature at the top of the form.
9) In the "Manage Category" area you can have the "Sultana Record" listing appear in this category. Simply locate the additional category and click "Also Appear In"
